Session rate (50 to 60 minutes) — $170

Methods of Payment — cash, check, paypal, venmo, and bank bill pay.

Insurance — I am not contracted with any insurance companies, and I do not accept any single case agreements. At your request, I will provide a medical billing form called a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement they may offer. I recommend consulting your insurance carrier if you are looking to obtain reimbursement before beginning services.

Tele-therapy — I offer tele-therapy via a secure, HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform called SimplePractice. It is easy to use and accessible through computer, tablet or smart phone.

Covid-19 Procedures — My office uses protocols in compliance with the CDC and local health department guidelines at all times.

Cancellation Policy — If you do not notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment that you will be unable to attend, and we are unable to reschedule, you are responsible for the full cost of the session.
